  If you need a place to train Olympic weightlifting while on vacation in Honolulu this gym is the place to go. Coach Claire is very friendly and will respond very quickly to any emails and is open to any acomdations you need. I paid 50$ for a 5 day pass.
  
  The atmosphere is very homey and familar to weightlifting gyms in Toronto. Although they only have three platforms, sharing with team members is very easy as they are very inviting and encouraging as you lift. I recommend that you train in the morning session as they have around 3-5 members training with you.
  
  Almost all of the men's training bars are Eleiko with Rouge weightlifting plates. Unfortunately they don't have any blocks or jerk blocks.
  
  This gym is super hot so bring extra water, a change of clothes and a towel because you are going to sweat!
